Refund Policy

All goods are made to order specifically for you so once you have agreed to the design and pricing the sale is final. A non refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work and the remaining 50% balance on delivery of the final piece.

Each gown is handcrafted with care to your individual measurements, but in the unlikely event that there is something you are unhappy with we always build in time with the final garment to rectify any issues.

Your appointment fee is to book a consultation is non refundable as this secures the atelier’s time, however, we try to be as flexible as possible in changing appointment date and time if you require.
